To the one I love...

Happy late Valentines all ! I hope it was filled with love and laughter. Its funny how is takes a card-holiday to bring out the mushy-ness in us. Its great! I was spoiled by my husband who I am going to boast about in this entry. Ever since Ramona was on her way, I often and still write all about her so I wanted to reflect and share about my wonderful man. As most of you know his is going to school right now. What a hard thing to do after not going to school for many many years so I cheers him for that ! He has the desire to give us a better life ( not that the one we have right now isnt good, cause it is !) He wants to further himself now, so we can be comfortable and have more choices later. I think that takes a lot of courage. Thank you Matt. He is not only a man of courage but of compassion, in everything. Not just in our marriage, but in his other relationships as well. He has a huge heart, a very loyal heart. If you befriended him before, he will never forget that and do his best to keep in touch -- a lot better than me. He is so generous in his gifts and displays of love to me. He takes into consideration detail and finds the things that really make my heart melt. I appreciate that a lot and see that endless effort he makes to be a good, really good husband to me and Daddy to lil' Rae. We are in our second year of marriage now and I am glad it is our second year. The first one was hard. When our counselor who was doing our pre-martial prep told me that your first year is the worst and hardest etc. etc. i didnt really believe her. I didnt want to believe her, who would, but she was right. But you know, its brought us to a much better place, it really has. I am SO excited about what's to come! And having Ramona makes the ride a complete fun-filled; in-awe adventure. There is no one else in the world I would rather have as my husband than Matt, and no one else I could wish her to be the Daddy to my children. We must be grateful for the people in our lives, it really is a short time here on earth, be loved and love in return, there is nothing else that matters as greatly as that. 1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.
